A GAME OF INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS
UMMM, WHAT IS IT?
You know those old conversation starter cards you used to get for awkward dinner parties? Well, it's like that but way cooler.
Do you have a fatalistic desire to watch your friends squirm with awkwardness?
This is the game of comments which will make your dinner guests laugh and cry at the same time (probably laughing at each other while crying over their own train crash of a comment).
OK, GOT IT. NOW WHAT?
It's simple, (even the class clown can do it and we all have one of THOSE friends)
Pick a card, memorize the sentence on the card and then it's up to you when you'll fit it in to the conversation. Make it up. Tell the truth. It's all up to you.
It may be risque, it may make you sound like a weirdo but whatever you do, make it sound believable! Extra points awarded for looks of horror on your fellow guest's faces.
So you love it? (We knew you would).
What next? Tell your friends. You know, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr....
Take a video and send it to us and you might even get a second pack for FREE and we all like FREE stuff, right? Make it really good and you might even get FAMOUS for it (well, famous in our eyes anyway).
How about a photo? One of those awkward one's of your friend with their mouth wide open laughing at their card (got to have a DYSI game card in it or it's not worth Jack, ok?)
Life is all about living and having fun. I love the term YOLO (for those older than 12, it means YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE) -
My kids say it all the time, "YOLO Mum. It's only a small dent in the car", "YOLO Mum. A$AP Rocky lyrics are skuxx" (not that I know what skuxx means and it could mean 'highly dangerous with some mind-altering hynosis going on') and whenever we discuss getting old, YOLO.
How often do you get to ask your best friend if she's had a threesome? You've always wanted to be a stripper - There's a card there just for you! Make it sound real and who knows where the conversation will lead to.
Let's have some fun, peeps. Laugh at ourselves (or others which is lots more fun). Get a bunch of friends around (make it a pot luck if you're feeling cheap) and slip them a DARE card.
